Our mission is to glorify Ke Akua (God) through sanctified hula dancing. Come join us as we dance, worship, and fellowship!
Details
Practices for Class 1 are the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month, from 7 to 8 pm.
Class 1 is open to everyone – anyone 15 years old and older (women and men) of all skill levels. All dancers from beginning to advanced are welcome, no experience necessary!
Class 2 practices with Class 1 from 7 to 8 and is scheduled to practice until 9 pm. They also have practices on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. Additional practices are scheduled as needed to prepare for outreaches and events.
There will be auditions for those who are interested in participating in Class 2. The mele being taught in class 1 is the hula you’ll be auditioning with. It is very important to come to practices to learn the steps and motions as the weeks progress.
