Hannah’s Song

Koinonia Hale

Mission:

This life group is open to parents, caregivers, and families of children with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and other developmental disabilities. To provide parents with a forum to network, gather resources, and hear testimony for those in similar situations.

Purpose:

Bring families together through Christ who are raising child(ren) with high or low functioning disabilities. God knows each and every one of our stories from beginning to end, that everything has a purpose and that trust in HIM is never misplaced.

Let us glorify God and remember he can use human weakness to accomplish great things!

Layout:

The group will be parent directed discussions to allow parents to explore a wide range of challenges. Depending on the groups interests (hippo therapy, estate planning, etc.) guest speakers may be invited to attend our monthly meetings.

And his disciples asked Him, Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he would be born blind?
Jesus answered It was neither that man sinned, nor his parents; but it was so the works of God might be displayed in him. (JOHN 9:2- 3)
