Divorce Care
This is a special seminar of healing for those that are separated, maybe contemplating separation, or in the turmoil of divorce. Discussions will be led by a trained couple that both understands and can empathize with you during this most trying of times. The discussions, DVD, and workbook, will include the topics on the left with a total of 13 seminars. Most importantly you will learn how to deal with the pain of the past (present) and look forward to rebuilding your life.

UPCOMING WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDIES
1. Monday evenings at 7pm in the Kaimuki area – this study is “To Live is Christ” the study of Paul by Beth Moore Moore and her studies usually have about 45 minutes of homework 5 days a week and then video and discussion time when you meet together as a group – book cost aprox $18
2. Tuesday mornings 9am-11am on Hickam – this study is by Beth Moore and her studies usually have about 45 minutes of homework 5 days a week and then video and discussion time when you meet together as a group – book cost aprox $18
3. Tuesday evenings at 7pm in the Kapahulu/Diamond Head area – this study is by Kay Smith, entitled “Reflection God”, and will consist of reading a couple short chapters each week and answering a few questions in the journal – book cost $15
4. Thursday mornings 9am – 11am in the Manoa area – this study is the study of Esther by Beth Moore and has about 45 minutes of homework 5 days a week and then video and discussion time when you meet together as a group – book cost $18
5. Thursday nights 7pm in the Manoa area – this study is by Beth Moore entitled “Believing God” and has about 45 minutes of homework 5 days a week and then video and discussion time when you meet together as a group – book cost $18
6. Thursday nights at 7pm in the Kaimuki area – this study is entitled the “Power of a Praying Woman” by Stormie Omartian and consists of some reading and homework during the week
7. Saturday mornings from 9am-11am in the Pearl City area – this study is also a Beth Moore study entitled “A Heart Like His” about David and has about 45 minutes of homework 5 days a week and then video and discussion time when you meet together as a group – book cost $18
8. Sundays after church from 12:45-2pm – This is an ongoing study lead by Keri Benes and is a little different than the others. Please see below for study details.
Topic: Bible in a Year (We welcome any Bible in a Year resources for the group)
Nature of the Bible Study:
1) Pre Study: Reading Assignments will be distributed to all who are interested
2) Sunday we will go over Reading Assignments and go over major items and key purposes.
3) We do go around and ask how God is using what we are reading to minister into their lives.
4) Pray for needs of the group and areas God is calling us to walk in obedience
Please Note: Our group welcomes the sick, weary, hurt, sinner seeking the Lord. In some rare cases men have come. There is an openness about the group as well as a promise of confidentiality, primarily because the Lord uses scripture to expose, convict, and heal. Sometimes He calls on brothers and sisters to hold each other accountable in order that they heal, but the Lord does not want hurt, sin or tragedy to turn into another sin being gossip. We ask what is said personal in the group; keep it between you and God.
